Custom & Personalized Orders

At Studio 21 Laser Designs, we take great pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please ensure all details (names, dates, spelling, colours, and designs) are correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot make changes once production has begun.

Damaged or Incorrect Items or Change of Mind

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We will work with you to replace or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases on any item.

Non-Custom Items & How to Contact Us

For ready-made products (not personalised), we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense. For any return inquiries, please email us at tahlia@studio21laserdesigns.com with your order details.
