Absolutely! Most of our keepsakes can be personalised with names, dates, or messages. Just follow the customisation instructions on each product page, or get in touch for something more specific.

How long will my order take to be made and shipped?

As each piece is handmade to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production. Shipping times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

What if I made a mistake in my custom details?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. If your item hasn’t been made yet, we can usually update it. Once it’s been cut, changes are no longer possible.
